Love yourself the same way you love others around you .

Today I ask you:  When was the last time you said, ‘I love you’, to yourself? Do you remember? When you are happy and love yourself, you will create those positive vibes around you too.
Love yourself the way you love others. Take care of yourself the way you would take care of your loved ones. Talk to yourself; ask your soul is it happy? What would it like to do?
This will help you to get a very clear picture of what exactly is it that you want in life rather than living in the fantasy world. You will be able to gather positive energy from people around you and negativity will slowly diminish.

You will experience that your joy and contentment increases with each passing day, and life will take a better turn.
Now some of you may wonder – how do I love myself? I am so fat, I am not good-looking, I am short and the list is endless. Well, Love yourself despite of all this, and you will feel the difference.

Look for something that you love about yourself even if it is something as simple as your nails! Start to look inside yourself and analyse what is it that makes you happy?
Here are some ways you can use to start saying ‘I Love you’ to yourself:

1. Do something that makes you feel good and proud about yourself.

2. If there is something you are doing, which does not make you feel good about yourself – END it!

3. Go on a date with yourself; you will be surprised how much you will get to know yourself.

4. Do something good for someone. Help someone.

5. Always desired to learn how to do something but never quite found time for it? Well, do it and you will surely love yourself more!
6. Be grateful and thankful for all the things you have in life. Make a list if possible.

7. When was the last time you did something for the first time? Here’s the chance now, do something that you fear and boost your confidence level up....
