“Kwanza, tiba inayotokana na miujiza ya Mungu lazima iwe endelevu isiwepo kwa kipindi kifupi tu,” alisema.

Swali la pili alilotaka watu wajiulize ni kuwa tiba inayokuja kama muujiza kutoka kwa Mungu huwa na masharti? Swali la tatu alilolitaja Paroko huyo ambaye ni Padre wa Shirika la Wakalmeli ni kuwa, Kama tiba hiyo inafanyakazi ndani ya Loliondo, kwanini isifanyekazi Dar es Salaam na kwingineko?

Na swali lake la mwisho alilotaka watu wajiulize kuhusu tiba hiyo ya magonjwa sugu ukiwemo UKIMWI ni je, Mungu aliwaumba wanadamu na kisha kuamua kuwaangamiza? Au wanadamu wanaangamia kutokana na vitendo vyao vya ujanja ujanja?

Reality Show "GROWING UP AFRICAN" signs long term deal with East Africa Television (EATV)

Hello to everyone out there from Dar es salaam to Nairobi to Kampala and abroad in the States, Europe also Asia.

Since last year, people have been buzzing and talking about this new reality show that just transcends several barriers.
"Growing Up African" was an idea based upon a Tanzanian family. In this family are five siblings and a mother but their struggles,
personalities and attitudes can reflect the lives of any African household.

The family started out with their concept through internet based feedback primarily blogs & youtube in October 2010. Through the
support of blogs like yours they were able to garner enough support to breakthrough as a viable reality show. At the beginning of 2011
the family sent the producer of the show (Johnson Lujwangana) to Dar es salaam to speak with various tv networks.

Upon his arrival in Dar es salaam with the guidance of manager Herry Nasser, the concept received an overwhelming response.
People in East Africa love watching reality tv and shows like The Kardishians have been a focal point.

"Growing Up African" is unlike any other reality show presented because now the people of East Africa can relate to who they see.
It took hard work and convincing for EATV execs to foster the show onto their weekly program but everyone is excited.
Currently on air there are promos running for the next couple of weeks through radio and television.

Mwanaume mmoja katika jimbo la kusini la Tamil Nadu nchini India amefunga ndoa na mbwa wa kike katika harusi ya kitamaduni kwa lengo la kuondoa nuksi na laana.

Mtu huyo Selvakumar ambaye ni mkulima alifikia hatua hiyo ili kufuta uwezekano way eye kupata laana au kutokewa na jambo baya baada ya kuwapiga mawe hadi kufa mbwa wawili miaka 15 iliyopita.

Amesema anaamini kitendo alichokifanya kilimsababishia laana na amekuwa akipata mateso tangu wakati huo, ikiwemo kupooza miguu na mikono, kutosikia katika sikio moja na kushindwa kuongea vizuri.

Baada ya madaktari kushindwa kumpa matibabu kwa matatizo yaliyokuwa na mkabili, Selvakumar likwenda kwa mtaalam wa kusoma nyota ambaye alimwambia anasumbuliwa na laana ya wale mbwa aliowaua.

Mtaalamu huyo alimueleza kuwa hataweza kuepukana na matatizo yanayomsumbua hadi atakapo muoa na kuishi na mbwa ndipo laana hiyo itampitia mbali.

Kufuatia maelekezo hayo familia yake ilimtafutia mbwa wa kike aitwaye Selvi ambaye aliogeshwa na kuvishwa nguo kwa ajili ya harusi hiyo.

Illegal immigrants in Sweden should in future have the right to government-funded healthcare and education, and be able to start their own companies, the government has agreed.

The move follows long negotiations between the smaller governing parties (the Centre, Liberal and Christian Democrat parties) who have long argued for more rights for undocumented migrants, and the Moderate Party, which has opposed the idea.

The Moderates have argued that giving such entitlements would legitimize people who have no right to be in Sweden.

The parties say there are still a number of questions to resolve, including the issue of who will pay for illegal immigrants' healthcare or the kind of care and education to which they will be entitled.

Social Affairs Minister and Christian Democrat leader Göran Hägglund said the changes would cost "a few hundred million kronor" per year, but added:

"Compared with the total cost of healthcare, that's nothing."

Education Minister and Liberal leader Jan Björklund said he hoped that the children of illegal immigrants would be able to start attending Swedish schools from 2012, adding that his preliminary calculations suggested that this would cost taxpayers 50-100 million kronor per academic year. He said this compared to the total cost of 100 billion kronor for running Sweden's compulsory schooling.

Centre Party leader and Industry Minister Maud Olofsson said that the deal would also allow illegal immigrants to start companies:

The minority government will need support from at least one opposition party to pass the measures. Olofsson said she hoped the Green Party would support the moves, despite not having been involved in negotiations. A parliamentary vote is not expected until early 2012.

When you step into an interview, it’s important to remember that the person conducting the interview isn’t just there to intimidate you; he or she is also your window into the company. And with this question, you can tactfully get a better sense of how the interviewer — and perhaps employees in general — feel about the company you may one day call home.

“The answer to this question as well as the tone of the answer will provide critical insights as to how happy and supported employees feel at the organization,” Levit said.

If you want to take this question one step further, Tory Johnson, founder of WomenForHire.com, suggests rewording it to ask what one thing the interviewer would change about the company if he or she could. “This is a way of asking, ‘What’s wrong with this place?’ without being so direct,” she said.

2.What are your goals for the company in the next year?

Much of the interview itself will likely be devoted to the specifics of your position and your qualifications for it, so it’s a good idea to break out of that pattern when possible to get a sense of the big picture.

According to Levit, this particular question can give you a better sense of “how your position fits into the company as a whole, and more broadly, about whether the company is a good place to work.”

3.What skills do I need to have most to help the team?

Trunk emphasizes that the best questions one can ask are the ones that show you care about teamwork, bottom line results and know how to manage yourself in a group. With this particular question, you accomplish all of those points and can get better a sense of what will be expected of you once you start working.

If I were hired, what would you like to see me achieve in my first three to six months on the job?

As with the previous question, this one will help you get a better sense of how you’ll be judged in your new career.

“It’s important to understand expectations from the get-go,” Levit said. “This is especially true if you are being hired for a management position.”

4.Why is this position vacant?

It may sound like an off-putting question at first blush, but according to Johnson, it’s essential.

“It’s important to know whether the position is vacant because someone was promoted from within, or the job is newly created because of growth or if it’s a vacant because of high turnover,” she said. “Don’t wait until getting hired to discover you’re the sixth person in three months to occupy the seat.”

Indeed, this question could lead to others and prove to be the most profitable exchange you have in the interview.

“Many times a position is vacant because the previous person wasn’t right for the job. You’ll want to explore why through follow-up questions like, ‘If you could have changed something about that person, what would it have been?’ This line of questioning will absolutely make you more memorable to the interviewer,” she said.

5.Do you have any reservations in hiring me?

If all your questions have been answered, Trunk recommends ending the interview with this powerful line.

“Just have some self-confidence and say, ‘No, I don’t have any questions, but I’ve learned a lot here and I know this is a great job for me. Do you have any reservations in hiring me?’” she said. “It forces the hiring manager to tell you what reservations they do have, and gives you an opportunity to combat them.”

6.What Not to Ask

For all the questions you should ask during an interview, there are many more that you should generally avoid asking.

“Don’t ask them questions about what you want out of the job — money, advancement opportunities — it just comes off as selfish,” said Challenger, the consulting firm CEO. Likewise, Trunk recommends holding off on asking about vacation days and salaries.
